 St. Joseph Catholic School’s academic curriculum follows the rigorous standards set by the Diocese of Charleston and exceeds the standards set by South Carolina. Students receive an outstanding, comprehensive education.

  • Our schoolwide Saxon Math curriculum uses the spiral approach to learning by introducing a new concept and reviewing previously introduced concepts on a daily basis. Manipulatives are used to introduce advanced concepts of Algebra and Geometry to even our youngest students.

 Smaller class sizes, with a student/teacher ratio of 7:1, allows instructors to ensure that each child reaches their academic potential by concentrating on:

  • Athletics programs include Running Club, Basketball League, and Tennis Team.
